Delivery Prints and frames ship flat, carefully packed, with tracking. Delivery within 3–10 business days depending on destination. Shipping is free within Sweden. EU-wide delivery available, final cost calculated at checkout. We will notify you if any delay occurs.
Limited Edition Limited Edition prints ship directly from the artist. Estimated delivery ~2 weeks.
Uncollected packages Return shipping applies, plus an administrative fee of 150 SEK (€15 within EU).
Returns Items must be unused, in original unopened packaging. For frames, this includes the plastic seal and protective film on both sides of the acrylic glass. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
To return an item:
- Email info@mondaygallery.com with your order number
- We provide return instructions and a shipping label
- Ship with tracking
- Refund processed within 14 days of receipt, minus a 49 SEK return fee (or EU equivalent)
Damages or Complaints. If your item has been damaged during shipping or does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
