Shipping & Returns

Delivery Times (Private Customers):
3–5 business days within Sweden (shipped with DHL to a service point) and 3–10 business days internationally.
If any delays occur that prevent us from meeting these delivery times, we will inform you as soon as possible.
In cases of long-term delays, you have the right to cancel your purchase.

Delivery Times (Business Customers):
3–5 business days within Sweden (shipped with Bring to the specified business address) and 3–10 business days internationally.

Delivery Methods:
Prints and frames are shipped flat in size-adapted protective boxes via DHL.
For business shipments, we use Bring or Schenker.
If you purchase a frame, it will be packed in a box designed to fit the frame size securely.

Order Collection:
Your order will be delivered to your nearest service point.
You will receive an SMS notification to the mobile number provided at checkout.
You can track your package using the shipment ID, and you will receive an additional SMS once your package is ready for pickup.

Uncollected Packages:
If a package is not collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and an administrative fee of 150 SEK or €15 within the EU.

Return Information:
Items must be unused and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
For frames, this includes the plastic seal and the protective film on both sides of the acrylic glass.
Please email your order number and reason for return to info@mondaygallery.com.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received the return, minus a return shipping fee of 49 SEK within Sweden, or a corresponding amount depending on the country for EU orders.

Claims:
We strive to deliver all artworks in perfect condition.
If you notice visible damage before accepting your delivery, please take a photo and contact us.
If the product is damaged, we will replace it and cover the return shipping costs.
