Below you’ll find information about how we handle your order – from purchase to delivery.

Ordering and Payment. To place an order with us, you must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent. All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT.
Payments are securely processed via Klarna, Visa, or Mastercard.

Shipping. Your order is usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time within Sweden: 3–5 business days.
Delivery time within the EU: 3–7 business days.
We use DHL for private deliveries within Sweden, and Bring or Schenker for business shipments. Please note that prints and frames may be shipped separately.

Uncollected Packages. If a package is not collected, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be charged. This fee covers return shipping and administrative handling.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal. You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please contact us before returning any items.

Damages or Complaints. If your item has been damaged during shipping or does not meet your expectations, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Color, Size, and Resolution. We strive to present colors and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

Personal Data. We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Your information is only used to manage orders and is never shared beyond our payment and shipping partners.

Other Information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, adjust pricing, and manage stock availability. Discount codes cannot be combined and do not apply to limited editions unless otherwise stated.
